Cannery Pharmacy Services is licensed by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy and currently serves patients only within the State of Texas.

We dispense prescription and compounded medications exclusively to Texas residents with a valid prescription.
Medications are delivered directly to patient addresses within Texas.
We do not ship prescription medications outside of Texas or to any jurisdiction where we are not licensed.
Orders submitted with an out-of-state address will be canceled.

Prescription & Address Verification: We verify each prescription and confirm the patient’s residential delivery address is in Texas before dispensing.
Manual Address Review: Our pharmacy team manually checks every shipping address to prevent out-of-state shipment.
Order Rejection: Prescriptions or orders originating outside Texas are declined and the prescriber/patient is notified.
Staff Training: Staff are trained on these procedures and must follow our SOPs prior to release.
Future Licensing: As additional state licenses are obtained, this page will be updated to list those jurisdictions.
